1. Goods can be sent by EMS (Plane)

Letters, Any kinds of documents, Gifts and Products up to 30kg is can be send through EMS.

Except for Spain, Argentina, Bangladesh, and several countries are limited up to 20kg.

For more information about other Forbidden products for each countries, must contact the Post Office.

- Official Communications

- Commercial Papers

- Computer Data

- Check Clearances

- Business Samples

- Magnetic Tape , Microfilm

- Merchandise : could be categorized as forbidden products depending on Countries of Arrival

 

2. Goods can’t send by EMS

>Products are forbidden by UPU

- Forbidden Drugs, Psychoactive drugs, Explosivesㆍflammable or any other dangerous matters, radio active matters, obscene or immoral materials.

- Materials that are forbidden in Country of arrival to import or spread

※ Foods (especially kimchi), Korean traditional medicine, animals or plants, such as Matsutake mushrooms

- The nature of container or wraps that might harm the employees or contaminate / damage other mail or mail equipment

>Other Forbidden stuffs

- Collectible coins, Bank notes, Coins and Paper Moneys and others considered as Legal Currencies, money order, Any other Treasury requires securities, Traveler’s check, Processed or not processed gold ㆍ Silver and any other Jewelry and Precious Metals, Credit cards, Airplane Tickets, EuraiPass

*Our Terms

 

1. By using our service, you are agreeing to our terms and regulation of shipment and many other rules from country of destination and South Korea.

 

2. In most of the cases, we will accept order from customer and purchase the products and send it to customer with methods of sending customer chose to and customer will accept the products.

 

3. About return policy, We don’t accept return or more like we can't

Most of the stores at South Korea offers 1 week or 1 month return policies with some conditions.

For example :

- Product is not damaged

- Tag, boxes, all the contains are still attached or inside of it just like received from the store.

- Seals are not broken and not opened

considering the time of delivery might takes around 3 days or more for some countries and shipping methods, it is almost impossible to meet the conditions to return.

 

But Only in special cases we will help you proceed even if we might end up suffer the Loss.

 

4. Same for Refund policy, We don’t usually accept refund

But Only in special cases you could try to contact us and we will figure out if we could help you with it.

 

5. Shipping methods options will be chosen by the customer within the options that available within Arrival countries, shipping company with choice of products.

Any damage on the product within the shipping and delivery process from South Korea to address customer gave us is not our responsibility.

What we could do is try our best to packing the product safely as possible.

 

6. We can not send any products that are forbidden to send by shipping methods/companies or can't be accepted by destined countries.

 

7. We will not do any modification or attach other stuff in to the product we are supposed to send.

 

8. If there’s any taxes or rule violation occurs at country of arrival, We can’t not take responsibilities for it. So please check your country rules about taxes and receiving packages from other countries.

 

9. The Product you received is not our product and we are not responsible with any errors or side effects consumer may suffer while using it or consume it.

10. We are not reponsible for any "Age appropriateness" of the product you ordered from us.

11.  We are not reponsible for any incident cause by product you ordered from us.

12. There’s more terms we will might add in the future that needs to be added to avoid any violations may suffer on both sides, On our side and Customer’s side without any notice.
